The Therapy Clinic was established to provide a range of effective psychotherapy and counselling options for individuals, couples young people and families in Brighton and Hove. We work with people who are experiencing common mental health problems such as depression anxiety, relationship difficulties and work related stress as well as people with more complex needs and diagnoses.
