We set up Grace Safety & Compliance Ltd to provide organisations like yours with additional aviation support to help them with whatever safety or compliance challenges they may be facing. Since starting in 2015, we’ve helped dozens of organisations by providing regulatory aviation training, compliance audits, procedure and exposition writing, safety investigations and temporary Form 4 Post Holder roles. What we’ve learned from this experience, and from 25 years working in aircraft maintenance organisations is that every organisation is different, while at the same time, organisations are experiencing similar problems and issues.
