Chelmer Loft Conversions was established in Chelmsford, Essex, United Kingdom in 1996. Prior to this we spent nine years converting lofts in the North London area and from our early years converting lofts we have developed very specialised method’s and procedure’s. This enables us to undertake conversions of quality and control and we have now converted hundreds of properties in all types of homes.

The loft will be designed with you to match your requirements and budget. We can offer a full, comprehensive service from start to finish or can tailor our work to allow you to complete the conversion in your own time.

Chelmer Loft Conversions only constructs one Loft conversion at a time, ensuring we are on site practically every day from start to finish.

We employ only time served, City and Guilds qualified tradesmen who are specialists in their own area of the work. We do not use general tradesmen for electrical, plumbing or plastering work, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
